After attending studies of architecture, he devoted himself to photojournalism for 20 years, following national and international news for the major Italian and European newspapers and magazines. In 2000 he was selected to participate in the World Press Photo Masterclass for Italy.
In the first decade of the 2000s, he dedicated himself to documenting and deepening the life of the Rom people of Romania and of South American and North African immigration in Italy.
His interest in religions led him to graduate in Religious Sciences. He currently teaches in the state school.
