Alessandro Cosmelli is a documentary photographer born in Livorno, Italy.
Alessandro has published five monographs including Oltrenero (Contrasto, 2009) and Brooklyn Buzz (Damiani, 2012), both awarded by the Pictures Of the Year International (POYi) among the best photography books of the year.
His images have been featured in leading international newspapers and magazines – Vanity Fair, Newsweek, Stern, among others – exhibited internationally and broadcasted across major multimedia platforms – CNN, Yahoo News, among others.
Alessandro is based out of Miami Beach.
