Dear user, to proceed with your registration, which will allow you to access our archive, and to use the services provided on the site www.contrasto.it we must acquire some of your personal data, therefore pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 we provide you with the following information:

1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
1.1 The processing of your personal data, provided by filling in the registration form, will be carried out in relation to what is strictly necessary to proceed with your identification and provide you the services requested by you, as well as for the fulfillment of potential legal obligations, by regulations or by community legislation.

2.1 The Data Controller processes, during the registration phase, the following personal data (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, tax code, VAT number, etc).

MODALITY OF DATA PROCESSING
3. 1 The processing and storage of data will be carried out with the aid of IT and / or paper means and tools, according to the most suitable methods to ensure its integrity, security and confidentiality.

DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
4.1 The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship as required by tax legislation.

5.1 Your personal data may be disclosed to the employees and collaborators of Photomakers S.r.l., as well as to subjects who perform on behalf of Photomakers S.r.l. tasks of a technical or organizational nature instrumental to the provision of the Services, such as operators dealing with the maintenance of IT systems or updating the Site, as managers of the processing of personal data, within the scope of the purposes referred to in point 1.
Your personal data may be disclosed to police forces, public supervisory authorities, etc. by virtue of legal provisions.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
10.1 The GDPR provides a series of rights for the interested party and precisely the right of access to personal data, the right to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concern him, the right to object to the processing, the right to the portability of data, the right to withdraw consent, where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal; the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Authority.
